Don't try to be your idols, try to become someone else's.
It's important not to compare your own progress as a musician to others who are on the same path. Especially when coming onto a forum like this, you'll see people of wildly different levels of skill advancing at wildly different rates of growth. It's easy to feel like you don't know anything and there's so much for you to learn. That gets into the problem of Imposter Syndrome:
If you know the very basics of sound design, make a song that uses just the basics of sound design. When you encounter a problem, just learn the fix for that problem. Keep adding onto that, and don't try things that feel way outside your comfort zone. Learn at the pace that feels right.

I haven't been producing long, but I'll give it a shot.
Not being able to finish projects and immediately lose interest in them is not something that is uncommon. Everyone who's been producing for a good a mount of time will have files with tons of unfinished projects. Unfinished projects are like a scrapyard, you can either turn it into something cool or use it to turn something into something cool. I used to constantly start new projects because none of them sounded the way I wanted, but I recently learned that it takes a lot of time to get my songs to where I want them to be. I think you're overthinking this a bit too much, just make the music you like and start a project. If you can't see it going anywhere, then start another one, and continue to do this until you're left with something you can be proud of.

Not sure about the world, but I do want to be able to play my music to people on a stage one day.
The money doesn't really matter, being able to play my own stuff is enough payment for me, and I'd be happier if no one had any idea who I was (I don't really like attention).
Not like the marshmello thing, people know him as marshmello, I just want to be a random dude with a track

Doesn't mean you can't post it there...
I think creating a section solely for albums is a bit too much because most people are creating individual songs, and people who are creating giant albums that contain a fluid story, probably aren't here to begin with.

It would give people another reason to give constructive criticism
If you really want to get serious about it, there could be mods just for that section who give out the points so people can't just write one word and get a point
