I was in middle school when I first listened to electronica, a friend of mine sent me some songs and I got hooked. I eventually got around to listening to stuff like Kaskade, Steve Aoki, Wolfgang Gartner, etc.. and thought it would be cool if I could be the one in the DJ booth playing my tunes. So I searched around the net, and started to teach myself how to produce.

Knew I wasnt alone! I usually start off my day by browsing deviantart and saving the pictures I like, and end up using it as a theme for my next track.

I use FL, but it's annoying because it kinda sucks at handling a big load tracks... I have to export it and I end up with 5+ projects for a single song... At one point I remeber fijiwiji ranting about it because it started lagging on him when he only had like 5 tracks

However, IMO FL is a great DAW to start off on

I was introduced to electronica by a friend when I was finishing up middle school, and I did some more research on my own, fell in love.
Then I got the idea of trying it out because I wanted to be like Kaskade, now I do it for the enjoyment. My ultimate goal is to play my music live :3

Learned how to use Ableton at a small producing school (not even a school), figured I could teach myself, left the place, learned FL, watched tutorials

I wouldn't be getting anywhere without presets. I don't want to spend time on sound design right now, because I want my songs to be better structurally, and making songs would take me forever if they didn't exist. However, I do tweak them a little bit so I get the sound I want.

Feedback Please!
I started this at the beginning of my winter break and I want to get as much done before school starts (next week).
Still new to this whole making Trap thing, if it's even trap...

So I've gotten it pretty far, but I'm not too sure what to do for the part of my track after 1:30... I spent so much time on 0-1:30 that I'm like clueless on what to do right now...
Also, I'm happy to take any advice for the first part of the song.
