I cant find a wave form that makes the sound specifically and a pitchbend saw is giving mixed results.

The horns from The Game ft. Skrillex - El Chapo (clean sample at 3:27)

and i don't just mean like directly sampling them from the track they used (Frank Sinatra - Granada) i mean like how did they get the horns to sound the way they do in El Chapo.

I dont think bangladesh directly sampled from the frank sinatra song in the final cut of el chapo. Many hip hop producers sample a song in a demo track and then re-record the sample using better instruments. Also due to the nature of this song being an extra from the games album the documentary 2/2.5 I am skeptical that bangladesh or skrillex would actually call in and record a horn section which leads me to think that a sample library is used. As far as proscessing the horn section is cut at 100-150 hz because the low end is just drums because thats why it bumps in the whip so well. The horns are also present in the middle and far sides of the sterero field so stereo imaging or utilizing a width knob in the sample library player would do the trick. The final brightness on the high end probably comes in the mastering stage I would believe.

TLDR I am not the Horn guy.

ahhh yeah the sample library makes so much sense then, because they did the same thing (at least i believe so) with the intro of the song. if you listen to the sample they supposedly used, "El Gato Montes - Manuel Penella Moreno", it doesn't at all sound the same as the El Chapo intro.

Yea the funny thing you will learn as you try to recreate more hip-hop/pop songs is that beats are very simple but the pieces of the beat are made wisely and in the most practical way possible. After I learned this I realized electronic music can be created in the same fashion.

Heard a Deep Down Low remix off of Tchami's Insta that he dropped in one of his recent sets (http://iconosquare.com/p/1142861415997435914_427690443), and loved the sound in the drop (reminds me a lot of Moksi, but actually isn't the Moksi remix/mashup). Been trying to find a way to reproduce it so far but haven't been able to. Any ideas?

Oh and while we're at it, if someone could explain the sporadic stab (I guess that's the term, I'm still a bit of a lingo noob, if someone could tell me that'd be sick) between 2:21 and 2:31 or so in this mix (https://soundcloud.com/wearemoksi/moksi-live-on-diplo-and-friends-13-12-2015), that would be really sick.

It seems that your interested in learning the future house basses that have been gaining popularity because they sound underground af but are also really aggressive. Most of these basses are made either in spire or serum since they can use fm synthesis while other synths use other methods.

Though the stab you pointed out in the mix has a filter on an envelope and some distortion I believe but I am not to familiar with that sound. However I tried to recreate the UFO sounding lead in the tchami remix in spire.

The sound reminds me allot of some old alien invasion movie so I assumed that it would be a basic sound that older synths could create. Here is a photo of the main osc and also the osc goes down in pitch along with the envelope.

Almost - it's a saw wave (many saw waves stacked and detuned to be exact) with a lowpass filter cutoff linked to a LFO. Then the LFO's speed is probably automated. Also, it sounds like there's a tiny bit of resonance on the filter. Pretty simple sound that most basic synths well be able to reproduce.
