1.20 is promissing! Could become something!

Kick is really low, or well.. unnoticable. Try anotherone in a higher spectrum or layer some kicks to get one which is slightly more punshy.

Song structure needs some work as well!

Some fade in/fade outs would be nice

You can certainly do wonders with that lead if it has the right structure around it!

Right now I'd have to say it falls kind of flat since it's hard to tell which part of the song is which. Look up some song trap song structure and how a trap song generically sounds and try to follow it, some things which may seem very boring (increasing tempo+pitch on different elements leading up to a drop and so forth), but it really has it's effect.

Song could become really nice if you put down the effort into it!

Took your feedback into account, but it turned out quite different and needs a lot of work (especially last part of buildup). It's not at all as party as I'd like to be. Any ideas how to make it more "dancey"? Higher bpm? Better bass(feeling that the bass is kind off right now)?

Unsure which part of this to keep, the drop or the buildup. They feel kind of distant.. Unsure what to do with it, or if i should ditch it and move on with a new project. And if i keep it, i don't know what kind of song it should be

What do you guys think? Any feedback is highly appreciated

I found the "lead chord synth" slightly too sidechained, made it sound kind of wobbly. Other than that it sounds solid man, the 2.20 part could be done better, feels kind of out of place.

I'm guessing you want it to be like "old school" mat zo/arty ish (mozart, rebound and so forth), and well... Just listen to their songs and make tweak the levels so it sounds like theirs.

And i also agree with the previous posts, it needs more sidechain.
Personally I'd make it less "constant" and introduce more complexity, but i guess that would change the genera

Became kind of repetitive. When you introduce that much variety in the beginning of the drop and then just keep doing the same stuff, i feel kind of fooled. I expected it to continue being "complex", but it just kinda kept playing the same 8 bar.

Other than that it seems good enough. Now i'm no expect on complextro though.

Hi!

Just posting the name of the song and some minor comment can become rather confusing. People know some generas better than others, so what I'm suggesting is that people add hardbrackets before the song name and post the genera inside.

Example:

[Deep House] Procastination | Something i did when i really should've been studying

Some people are only interested with some kinds of music, this would be an easy way to filter stuff out. Also, having a unified structure when posting do not only look better, but also makes the posts more timeless (there are no "posting metas").

Another thing would be to post a guide (maybe in the sticky?) how to embed soundcloud directly into the post, also to create some kind of standard on how to post.

Now i don't know how hard you guys want to moderate and how hard you want a standard, but as of right now people are not reading the sticky and just posting all over the place.
