Which part did you do?

From a technical point of view there is quite a bit of noise on the piano - like it's being clipped. Try lowering the volume of it all. Or adjust plugins that might cause this.

Small snippet of a new remix. What do you think?

I'm working on a more trancy remix of the nice track The Space Between. Let me know what you think. Arrangment is still rough.

WIPs / Re: Psy producers! How to get that punchy bass?

I would go for a chain of multiple L3 Ultramaximizers + Rbass set to a low note that your bassline is playing.

Thank you for the comments.

I've tried remove some of the annoying high end and layering the lead with a synth one octave lower.

WIPs / Feedback for a trance track

I'm working on this new track. Inspired by the sound of Will Atkinson, I wanted to have a fairly simple melody and a really driving track kick+bass. Let me know what you think. Wav-version can be downloaded on SoundCloud: https://soundcloud.com/martin-leblanc-eigtved/martin-leblanc-spitzer

The track starts in the breakdown. I haven't done the intro.

It sound like you have a lot of low end in the reverb. Try cutting that out to remove the mudiness. I think you have a good track going, but you need to focus on the production quality for it to work.

Nice track. You have some good elements. It does sound very dry like you have removed all echo and reverb. For a track like this I would definitely go for a much more deep feel with tons of effects :-)

The kick + bass part really needs work. It's pretty dull at the moment. There is very little mid-bass that usually gives the driving feeling to a track.

Take a listen to a track like this: https://soundcloud.com/kinesthetics/nurburgring

- I have beefed it up a bit. Thanks Ozone :D
- I changed the kick. I like this new one much more.

Thank you for the feedback!
