I'm not really aiming for anything except making a track.
Of course it could be better and what not,but I was satisfied with this.
Didn't mean to sound generic.

« on: January 12, 2016, 04:20:31 am »Song sounds cool. the bass line sounds dope..in my opinion i would probably do something to the bass line towards the end to make it sound slightly different. either the texture/tone or eve the midi notes so it doesn't sound like you're listening to the 1st half of the song. maybe the snare drum could use more attack or punch idk.. awesome job

Use of presets is fine and I use a few of them myself.
I don't do much sound design as of yet but I'm learning it and I believe that it'd be easier for any producers to make sounds rather than to keep browsing new sound banks for presets.

I sincerely hate when people judge you when you say you're using Fl Studio.
I'm no longer using it though,for different reasons of course.
Switched to Logic cause the Organization of automations is just automatically done.
Could've and wanted to tried Ableton,but could never get into it cause of it's interface.

I am always interested in cleaning up my mix as far as possible.
Eq-ing each instrument can only take you so far.
Too much of Stereo Imaging can ruin a track.
Few people have suggested compression.
And to be honest I've never really used Compressors.
Could anyone tell me what kind of settings(such as Threshold,Ratio,etc.) I could tweak to get a cleaner sound
I have very basic knowledge on how Compressors work.
