Dude I loved that shit. I used to love that album so much. You did a really nice job! I think the piano's at the beginning really analyze each note's frequency and compare them to the mau5'. Because his key to making those beautiful piano chords is making sure the levels of each frequency is balanced just right to get the correct emotion. Takes some work but it's worth it. Also I'd suggest a multiband compressor, compressing on the kick and bass from about 100 hz down. Have the ratio about 2:1 and a slight lookahead and fast attack and release and then set the threshold low enough so compression is happening constantly but just slightly, then make up gain whatever the slight amount of compression is. It really glues the bass and kick together for a smooth sound.
