Hey all, I was looking for a piano plugin with a realistic (to the point where it doesn't empty my bank) sound? What do you guys use?

Haven't had a chance to use it yet, since I don't really play piano that often, but I heard that pianoteq 5 is the best of the best from a couple different people. Here's a video demonstration of it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UeH2Avhb-lk

i think it depends on how you play it (or how you draw it). just play around with flam or just variate velocities. good pianos maybe lounge lizard (def for wurlitzer tho)

I use The Giant from NI. Mainly use one preset called Emotional, nice and soft.

Before I switched over from Cubase to Bitwig I was using the HalionOne package.
Now I'm all about Alicia's Keys for Kontakt.

Absolutely love Lounge Lizard for anything in need of electric piano. Also really enjoy NI The Giant piano, have yet to try Alicia's Keys!

I use the NI New York Grand (I believe it has been discontinued) and sometimes layer with a Nexus piano

Same here haha, the other presets are good but this one is excellent for certain genres imo :)
