This is awesome man! I really like it! I have no critiques, it sounds super clean and relaxing!

SHIKIMO pretty much nailed it, the only other thing I could reasonably add it that I wasn't too fond of the open hat, just seems a bit too sharp. Other than that, I liked it! Very nice vibe, and you inspired me to dl the vocals and try my own remix of it haha

I liked it for the most part, the main thing I wasn't too crazy about it the arp. It kinda sounds like the attack is too long, and makes it sound off beat, but other than that I think it's pretty good

Cool track man! I'm not super familiar with production of this kind of house music, but one thing that really stuck out to me was the lack of tension and energy. I'd recommend watching some tutorials, and studying some songs to see how they build tension and energy. The first one that comes to mind is LRAD by Knife Party, they do it really well

I can see how it got its name, lol

This is sick man! The way you mixed the sax into the drop was super clean, and sounded super dope! Gave you my vote

Are you looking for one that rolls and spins or one that doesn't move at all? Or is there no preference?

The "game" in question is called Pro Audio Essentials ( https://pae.izotope.com/ ) and is described as, "...a game-based course for music producers to practice and improve their audio skills. This unique learning experience uses audio games, ear training, and videos to build the production skills that music makers use every day when recording, mixing, and mastering."

What are your thoughts on this?

I've seen multiple people, ranging from dudes like Madeon and Feed Me to random people on reddit, mention how the time/timing of a drum sample is more important than, say, an eq or compressor. Basically, I have no idea what this means, or how I would go about applying this...technique I suppose? Any sort of explanation would be very much appreciated, as well as any examples or specific applications. Thanks in advance!

Pretty sure that's against the terms for a lot of contests, use those stems with caution.

Really? Damn, I didn't know that. It's still a good resource for getting better at remixing/producing in general I think, even if you can't put it out
