Mixing/Mastering / Mixing kick and bassline on same note

Im mixing a song with a bassline somewhat similar to some of the bass-heavy Chocolate Puma (Listen to Scrub the ground) songs where the kick and the bass hit on the fourth's at the same time. How can I keep the power of both without all the muddiness from both low frequencies at the same time?

Thanks man, I appreciate your comments, I know the drop seems very 2012 but I'm just starting out didn't want to add more things just because and then have it sounding like too much is going on.

You could add another bass thats very similar but maybe its a bit wider. Listen to I Just Cant (Chris Lorenzo remix) and check out how every beat or so the bass gets really wide.

Honestly its just my personal preference.
Listen to the drop on Moksi - Brace Yourself (or pretty much any future/bass house track) and check out the movement in the hats. Maybe adding something like that to the second half of a drop could add some movement.

thanks for the comments RoboDrop, I also thought the vocals were dull but I couldn't get them to sound better, didn't think of dropping them an octave.

I feel like the kick in the drop comes through a little at the beginning but then when the higher octave synth comes on it loses its power. The shuffling hats might be a little too high. Nice track overall

great track man, wouldnt mind listening to it next to the bass/garage house songs I like. I feel like the drop needs a little extra movement in the main bass. You could try pitching/modulating the synth you used.
