Sound Design / Future Garage Sub bass

I was wondering how to achieve the sub bass sound found in a lot of future garage music. https://youtu.be/qa-V6YeBsOk?t=42 This Vacant track for example. I've been able to get some what close by using a flanger and some chorus on a sin wave, but if anyone has a better method I'd love to see it!
