It doesn't appear to be the cables as I tested them on other speakers, and my interface outputs to another set of speakers. For my Rokits the RCA input works, however I have nothing to test the TRS input with

For a while now I've been getting no sound out of my monitors (Rokit 5) from my interface. My daw is Ableton Live 9, on Windows 10.

There is no definite amount, but usually I have about 15 - 30 layers.

Something I always do when I've been hit with writers block is take a 5 -15 minute break and do something relaxing. When that doesn't work I spend time making synth patches.

Often I just use the vocals, but you could also turn one of the stems into an instrument by putting it in a sampler.
