love the ideas mate, personally I think the bass needs another layer to make it stand out a bit more. I see what sound you are going for, but it just needs another layer to brighten it up. With that layer maybe add a reverb with predelay or sidechain the reverb to the bass. feel free to PM me if you need further details

as for the break(s) fitting, i think it does. as suggested above try layering the chords with a piano, and bring the sustained lead in later. On the 2nd drop maybe try to get another layer going with that sustained lead to add variation to the 2nd drop.

I might be crazy but is there a change in the synth from 3:28 to 3:31? Just a subtle frequency shift?

And as for personal taste, the track drops off pretty abrubtly, but maybe you are going for that style.

Reminds me alot of how Matt Lange - High Noon ends. Everytime I listen to that song I cry that there isnt more after the end of that track.

There's definitely something wrong with the kick, you really have to fix that Check your EQ so youre not boosting any weird frequencies and if thats not the case, just get another sample. Not sure about the build-up at 3:15, I think the kick is too lowpassed and it needs some kind of snare roll before the drop, which feels a bit empty imo, needs some pads and stuff to make it shine

Yeah i fixed the kick, there was no processing done. I just eq'd that click out. Will take a look at what you said about the build. Thanks for the feedback

Learn how to use the software you have, there are tons of tutorials on youtube which will help you learn. I wouldnt invest in and hardware/online courses yet, it is better to learn from the free tutorials available on the net first. Once you have a good understanding and have a few tracks under your belt, you can then sign up for the more advance courses which will be worth the money you are going to spend (you can find everything on youtube though)

As you go along you can then spend money on hardware. Better than finding out that music production is not for you after spending money.

start off with the basics, how fl studio works. Then find tutorials on tracks you already know (Youtube).

I think for now you need to work on the mix. Currently the mix is all over the place. Take a reference track, something similar to yours then try to adjust your levels to match the reference track.
