Just finished the arrangement for this track, been working on it for a while. Pretty happy with the first and third drop, really open to suggestions for the second drop, trying to go for that whole surprise diplo whiney breakbeat thing.

Still Haven't run through a true final mixdown where I bounce everything to stems, but i've done some basic gain staging/eq/sidechain to get it close.

Please let me know what you think.

Im having so much fun with this track, its utterly ridiculous. Still haven't come up with an idea for the last verse but I'm pretty happy with what i have so far. This is just a starting point I rushed through some parts just so that I could close to a semi-finished song.  So you'll probably notice that some noises don't quite fit especially in the second verse.

Please let me know any ridiculous ideas that you come up with while listening, I'm open to collaborators but I'll need some reference tracks to make sure that your collaboration will improve the song, along with what you would want to add/bring to the table.   ;D

Please let me know about Mixing/arrangement, I thought this track would be a lot of fun for everyone to listen too, I know I've been laughing my ass off for hours now.

Hey,

This is my strongest track right now, just looking for a little feedback, Ive grown really accustomed to this song so I don't know if I'm missing anything important or overlooking small errors. Please let me know if anything strikes you as odd or stands out. I'd love to receive some criticism so that I can make this track the best it can be.

The theme is a melancholy walk through the park, kind of sad happy vibe. I think it would really benefit from an experienced vocalist but those are hard to come by. I'll be posting two more tracks that are progressive midtempo over the next few days, trying to make this style my identifiable sound.

Mixing/Mastering / What software do you use to convert your final track to mp3 format?

I use Max, its free, simple and it seems to do a pretty accurate job of converting my final .wav formatted files from ableton to mp3 without losing clarity. I was curious what other software might be available to do this and in your opinion what does the best job. Also I noticed there are some available options in Max to tweak the encoding algorithm and what may be the best settings for this. Thanks for any input.
