I've been Djing for a few years now (mainly trance and progressive.. though I do love house) and figured I need to start producing to actually go anywhere with it. I've been working on a couple tracks but here are the two I think are closest to being done. I'd love any ideas or critique on them :)

composition is nice but your mixing is lacking, some of this is due to the fact that some of your sounds are creating dissonanace with other sounds because they are creating chords that dont work well sonically, another thing i noticed is that when the kick comes in at around 2:34ish the sidechain is too heavy/long, id suggest using a ghost track and sidechaining everything to that because it allows you to manually create the sidechain curve.

Thank you so much for the advice! (Opens up ableton and goes to town..hehe) Hadn't thought of that though regarding the ghost track and really appreciate you taking the time to listen to them :)
