Hard to say but a song that sticks out to me for creativity is "Never catch me" by Flying Lotus with Kendrick Lamar.

I'd give a shout to Icarus by Madeon, remembering at the time he was around 18 and it sounded like nothing else out there. Maybe there's a little bias since I love the song ;D

Tough one, but I'd probably go with Savant - Sledgehammer.
The first song of his that got stuck in my head and boy am I happy that it did.

I'm sure I've heard many really creative song, but the first one that comes to mind is Verloren by Ninth Parallel, not saying this because he runs this joint haha.

In dance music it would probably be Mat Zo lucid dreams, yo yo ma or nuclear fusion.

For me, it's definitely Squarepusher's 2002 track "Do You Know Squarepusher?" There's soo much attention to detail, and the amount of little microscopic edits going on blows my mind every time I listen to it. My favorite part about the song, though, is how it keeps a continuous groove going and slowly starts to break it down, glitch it up, basically just let it eat itself alive. fantastic IDM/dnb hybrid

I've been craving this kind of music, though.

Also, I should mention this guy Vexento because I think his pieces of music are all creative.

Well it's all relative to each and every single person that is out there. For example, making a creative track for me would all about the sound design but for someone else it could be how the drums sounds or how the mix sounds. You get me on that?
