Click Profile

Hover over Modify Profile, choose "Look and Layout"

Check "Return to topics after posting by default."

Click "Change Profile"

 

wow I am dumb, thanks for that! The suggestion then, is why not make this on by default? (unless of course this is just some weird browser specific bug that only applies to a handful of people)

Got a lot of requests about this, had no idea how to fix it until now. Thanks @aaron for the fix, i've applied it as default for everyone!

Thanks to the both of you for making that happen! Really happy to see the site is constantly improving and you guys are receptive to feedback. It may not seem like it, and i'm sure at time it can be a thankless job, but I really appreciate how you guys have handled the site and been fairly transparent and communicative on everything, so thank you!
