How can I remove muddiness from my track?

Mix it ! I mean, there's 100 of thread about mixing. so it's up to you to look for some good advice there. Don't ask anything before you've actually make sure, it's not here.

Also look at this to get started. Next, post in the WIP thread to have bigger feedback.

The most common reason for muddiness is frequency overlapping. Make sure all of your elements has their own space in the frequency spectrum, especially lower frequencies. Also, cut your reverb tails.
