what vinceasot said is good advice! getting familiar with the timbres of basic waveforms is super helpful for learning sound design.
this sounds like it's two main layers - a low sine wave serving as a bass, and a pair of two detuned sine waves playing perfect fifths over it. so Part A would be just a simple Sine wave, maybe mix in a very soft square and lowpass it if you want some extra harmonics. Part B would be the two sines both up +7 semitones, one slightly detuned from the other. that gives it steadiness in the low end, while being wobbly up top.
from there, some light distortion - i got pretty close using just some soft clipping, you could probably use sylenth's built in distortion too. hope that helps!
