This is a short WIP of what i have done lately. I would categorize it as trance. What do you guys think?

The song idea is great. I like the melody... If you finish the song, it would be great.
By the way, I think the kick needs more bass!

Wow, I was suprised because a lot of songs that are posted on forums are bad, but this is very much to my liking and wouldn't be surprised if I saw it on a label.

Thank you! I have been considering swapping the kick as well (though that is really bad in an already-started production imo). I might layer it with another kick or something too.

to me, i think it'd be a lot more interesting if you added a little variation to the melody at the end of every 4 bars. specifically the lower portion of the melody. it'd also help the melody loop and flow more naturally
