Holy crap, this is awesome! I've never known something to be as glitchy as this.

Although I've never dipped my feet in these waters, I'd say a good place to start would be making completely random synths, play in random notes, shove every audio input you have on them, bounce, re-import, random chop up, rinse, repeat.

After a few times of this you'll get some sounds that have no meaning. The only issue is that this method relies on you catching the vibe by accident.

It would be interesting how the man himself went about creating the track
