For some reason the hi hats sound really low quality and I don't like the drops but I don't know why

The string thing you have going on all throughout the song is really really repetitive and the 808 you used in the drop is off key (the snare should probably have a little bit more presence as well) and the hi hats have too much reverb (I think it might be your sample). Maybe change it up a bit and make it have more variety.

I mixed it, rearranged it a bit so it wasn't annoying and repetitive and added some effects and impacts and stuff.
