andrew bayer, matt lange, jon hopkins are some of my favorite electronic producers. from a strictly technical standpoint, Noisia always blows me away.

another lesser known artist that's coming to mind is Nhato, who makes some of the craziest electro-trance i've ever heard. endlessly impressive productions coming from him

I agree that Nhato is incredibly skilled and not as well known. I remember the first time I heard 4:16 of this remix it mind f***** me so hard I had to go back and listen to it again and again.

That's because you haven't heard his. Nhato is a fucking beast and he deserves way more recognition than he gets tbh

3:16 of that remix is ridiculous. I just don't understand how anyone can be that good.

It's nice to know that there are people on this forum who are familiar with both Nhato and Taishi's music. Taishi will always be closer to my heart of course but I think we can all agree that they're both in a league of their own. Their tracks are always incredibly musical and contain their own unique sound. It's electronic music but it's not that generic stuff you hear being played at festivals and it's a bit to "electro" for to even classify it as something that you could find on armada.

I have to go with:

KOAN Sound for amazing sound design and melodies.
Ramesses B for that positive melodic overloads on each track.
Madeon for how skilled this guy is. Still almost a kid. Unbelievable.
Deadmau5 for how huge he managed to get.
London Elektricity for showing that age is f***ing irrelevant.
Etherwood managing to get that precisely beautful combination of dnb and piano pieces.
Andrew Bayer for his glitched chopped and sliced extremely cool and I bet tough as hell style of production.

...and all the major guys active on this forum like both Matts and TeeBee for how close they don't mind to get to their fans. (aside from amazing music they all make)
