Sound design wise: Wolfgang Gartner and Noisia. Uppermost deserves a mention, he's been underdogging the scene for years, the guys proven himself in more genres than i can think of.

In terms of the more musicy side of things I think The M Machine takes the cake on that one for me.

Also Death Grips. Not only is their actual production really impressive in its own right, Zach Hill's drumming skills take it to the next level--and MC Ride's sheer intensity and passion is fucking incredible. I saw them live last summer and it was life-changing, probably the most charged-up show I've ever been to and definitely the most awe-inspiring performance I've ever seen from live musicians

OP if you like Culprate, check out Isqa. He's literally on an entirely new level of producing. He has tons of small elements in his tracks, and I'm pretty sure Culprate is his main inspiration too. https://soundcloud.com/isqa
