I know this would be a really easy and kinda simple question, but i am actually struggling with making the leading synth sound from Katy Perry- E.T. I am assuming it is either squarish or sawish sound, and i kinda used Sylenth to put Square on one side and the saw and tiny noise on the other side with a smaller volume and a filter, and i think it kinda sounds like it. But i want you guys' help anyway. Thanks.

Definitely sounds square-ish, but also has some distortion. Maybe try messing around with the distortion module in Sylenth1?
