Really like the vibe you've got going here. That transition to the bridge could be brought out a bit more. Easily something you could kick back and listen to. Sounds like something someone could drop some lyrics over and then have a vocalist cut in on the lesser areas.

The instruments are well chosen.
From a composition point of view, it's good.
From a mixing point of view - You can give some of your instruments a bit more depth. You'll be surprised by how much impact stereo separation has.
Mastering wise - you're not participating in the loudness war.
