At 1:10 flume brings in that white noise/squiggly sound, it's like an LFO on white noise or a tone. i've heard it a lot throughout his music, wondering how you get that. I'ts the scratchy/pencil against the paper sound in the back.

That's a super weird sound haha. I tried using white noise and modulating a highly resonant lowpass filter with an LFO. I think combining that with a some automated eq changes and a phaser gets you pretty close.
