I think Imageline's Harmor is quite of a f///ks//t up stuff.Once the main sound is processed using a image various modulations could be withdrawn on the same sound using the inbuilt plugin parameters.

I've never heard of Tantra before. Just checked it out and it looks sweet.

KT Granulator was a great free fuckshitup plugin, but I just looked now and it's been updated, and you have to pay for it :/
Yeah. I was about to pay it but then I thought I could check out other granular delays. And if I may suggest, check out Melda's Multiband Granular. Imho absolutely awesome thing.

...probably not my FSU plugin of choice though. Have to second Glitch2, Effectrix and Grossbeat

Literally Ableton OTT.

Not sure if it 'fucks shit up', but damn son, it's the saving grace for some of my sounds.

If you want to get reallllyy nasty overdrive and WOW2 filters work wonders.
Stop overdoing shit. Stop downloading new plugins for the sake of it. Your fancy stereo enhancer won't make you any better musically, your hard work will.

These are all great tips and programs, thanks for this.

I guess I'm always stuck on the best way to make short glitch sounds when you want a short maybe 1 bar hit and don't want to load a program and record sounds to get it. (aka, the easy way)

Oh yeh, the melda multiband granular is way better actually. Only started playing around with it in the last month or so, but it has way more versatility

Fracture by Glitch Machines

+1.  All the Glitch Machines plugins are excellent FSU plugins.  I also like spectral effects, like Artificial Audio's Obelisk for doing some crazy tempo-sync'ed spectral filtered/delayed stuff.
Sonar Platinum | Pro Tools 11 | Bitwig Studio | Logic Pro X
Access Virus TI2 | Kurzweil PC3X | Nord Lead 4 | NI Maschine 2

WOW2 + crank drive wheel on crush, 1bit and digitize. You can get some neat sounds from being around the 90-99% drive range with those options.

Artillery 2 for the looper fx.I use it on the main drum bus with all the drum loops to fuck up the beat in Breakbeat.
Fabfilter Timeless2.For experimental delay.I sometimes even use 2 or 3 in a row for extra madness. The time-stretch delay is pretty fucked up.
Camelspace on very glitch drums+Timeless is amazing.
Absynth5 granular sampling or Mangle(i dont have alchemy, should probably get it)  with the parameters modulating.
Synplant drum/percussion patches with random seed length+maximum atonality+weird midi melody and distortion=most amazing glitches you can get.

I use a lot of the jackdark darkware plugins.. theyre great, if a little visually off putting.

Here's a video of one of them in action [WARNING: NSFW]

Nobody mention BitSpeek yet? I guess it doesn't necessarily take any work out of the process as it takes a bit of tweaking in order to still sound musical but complete FSU and usually invites at least a few new ideas into the creative process.
I use Logic Pro X for 'James Egbert', Bitwig for 'Snow Dayy' and 'SVYR'
