How can I get my snares to do this?
« on: June 18, 2016, 10:10:46 am »
Hi all,

This track by ATICA although its not really techno has some really nice playing around with the drums and I'd really like to have this much control over mine.

My question is at 1:07 there is this really nice light snare roll?

I've had a go automating the pitch of a snare with some 1/16 notes and 1/16t but still not quite there, there is something else too it.

How does he have it sounding like a helicopter?

And panning.

You can do this manually or you can use a glitch plugin.
