I am really struggling to find how to reproduce these tom drums

This track has EXACTLY the kind of tom sound I want, could someone please explain how to make these? What sample pack or plugin would be best? Thank you! Starts at the beginning of this track

Just a nice thunky tom sample with a crummy, jack u style percussive sound over the top as a transient
