Trance Intro Bassline

I've been trying to figure out the bassline in the intro of these songs. I'm looking in particular at the main sustain bass. If you have any tips, I would love to hear them.

you need to use your ears, if you listen closely, they are just played off the one note
they are saw waves, sine and some noise probably -2/-24 octave, there is sidechaining to get that pumping effect

yeah check this preset out, it'll give you the idea about those anjuna basses, this one is from sylenth
