« on: May 31, 2016, 03:48:04 pm »
Hi everybody :)

im planning on working together with somebody else.
Im in process of looking for people and i want to send them some samples.
How can i prevent them from copying my compositions? :)

kindest regards Alex :)

This doesn't seem like the right section for this question but I'll answer you anyway. I don't think you can completely eliminate that risk but in case someone does it would probably be easy to prove that you sent them the demos or whatever for a collab and they didn't credit you.

All in all I think it's unlikely that someone would just take your ideas like that

What Neville said, but also, if it's not someone you feel you can trust with your work is it really a good idea to be working with them? It's better for two people who understand each other on some level to work together. That's why people yelling out into the wind, "Wanna Collab Bro!!" aren't ever respected in the community, hell they're kind of a meme.
