Welcome to the forum! There are plenty of programs that exist out there to produce electronic music. What you need is a DAW or a digital audio workstation.

My favorite DAW for PC is Cubase. A lot of artists also like to use FL studio or Ableton Live. What's important to know is that no matter which one you choose they are all capable of the same things. The only difference is the workflow.

If you happen to choose FL studio send me a PM and I can get you a discount. That's all!

As Lydian said, it really doesn't matter which DAW you choose as long as you find one that suits you and work at it.

I've heard good things about Ableton Live - the stock plugins are great apparently.

Good luck  8)

I use Ableton Live and love it to death! That being said, I would recommend it or FL over anything else. If you're leaning toward Ableton make sure to give it some time, because it really has way more functionality than what you think is on the surface. I've been using it for 6 years and am still finding extremely useful features in it! :)
