Just trying to get better at different genres, and wanted to try trap. Basically this was just working on composition and getting 808s to sound decent so feedback would be appreciated, although it has grew on me and could potentially turn into more than a mess around track

Guitar in a trap track? Very unique, and could work and sound really good! I love your snap samples, with the slight reverb they're really strong. I love the snare hits when the drop comes in as well.

When the drop does come though, I would definitely take that bass down one more octave. It's not quite low enough to get the trap feel you're going for. I don't think the guitar works incredibly well here either...I think it needs to be processed quite a bit more. I would throw a lot of filters on it to give it a more eerie feel, and I would add quite a bit of reverb as well.

Same thing goes for the wind instrument that comes in at the second drop. The toms in the background aren't bad either, but I can barely hear them and they don't add much to the mix.

Not bad mate, work on processing those elements more and keep messing around with the bass to get the trap feel that you're going for!
