Problems bouncing on logic

So I have been trying to bounce this track for some reason when I bounce the track, the main lead of the track side-chain compressed to the kick wont make things right.
 The lead sound should tank when the kick hits but it does the opposite, it cuts the sound and starts again when the kick is over.


I have my kick on an audio track, it is bussed, routed through logics compressor on the main lead (sylenth). any thoughts?
