Does Anyone Else Think This Mix Has Too Much Bass?

I was listening to it and I really love the song but my engineer ears picked up on the mixdown and I really felt like there was too much bass.

Is it just me or is the bass too loud?

Specifically at around 0:18.

Nah, that's pretty clean mixdown.

they made room for the bass by reducing the sub portion on the kick drum.

Can never have enough bass lol

it'll get worse until you realize you don't know any thing, then you can begin to know things.

I think it's a pretty decent mixdown. But keep in mind, mixing isn't entirely formulaic. Each engineer has a taste/style.
