Mixing sounds pretty good, I would like the hat that's on 2 & 4 to be a little tighter though. The synth that follows the beginning is really nice, and well compressed and mixed.

Little too much reverb on the rolling snare during the buildup - it begins to drown out some of the other elements. I like the drop, but try putting some more attack on that bass.

LOVE the little flair at 1:29.

Pretty sweet track man, nice job!

Hey man, really appreciate all of this feedback, this is all extremely helpful dude!  Thanks for your kind words too, means a lot to hear that!

If you don't mind, would love to pick your brain a bit more on your tip to add more attack to the bass, that was by far the most challenging area for me in the song.  What do you think would be improved/fixed by lengthening the attack in the bass sound?  Would really love to understand this on a deeper level so that I know what to listen for as well.

Thanks man!

Hey, thanks for the  feedaback that you did on my song, now its my turn :). I find the track with a lot of potential and positive things inside it, I am very fan of the build up, its very clubby and I like it, also your percussion is very good and sounds professional. I think that the fxs before the drop are too much, maybe an EQ cutting the lows so when the drop starts its more like a boom(idk if you understood or its my bad English  :-\). Maybe what i miss from the drop is another sound in the lead so it gives a bit of variety and makes a  contrast with the short melody from the drop. I would put a little reverb and delay on the "drop" like a downlifter.

Overall its a great track with great sounds in it and very well done ,I hope this helped and sorry for my bad english  ;D

I have to say the drums are completely making the song for me, just add there some more synths or another cool sounds to make it full and less repetitive and you won my heart.

Thank you for all that feedback and kind words man!  Your English is not bad at all btw, I understand all of what you say loud and clear :)

Would love to hear more about your tip on adding a little reverb and delay onto the drop like a downlifter, not sure I'm fully understanding and want to make sure I know what you mean on this one.  Is there a song that you could post as reference that demonstrates this concept?

Thanks again!

So glad that you dig the drums man!  Your insight is really interesting, that was an area I struggled with quite a bit while working through this project.  I would have liked to add more higher frequency synths and sounds to fill up the drop, but noticed that it was losing that basshouse sound whenever I took attention away from the sub bass and bass synth and wasn't really working for me.  Do you have any tips on this end as far as filling out the spectrum without shifting the overall feel/theme of the track?

Would absolutely love to hear any tips that you have to reduce repetition as well, which is another area that I struggle with on the regular.

Thanks so much!

You know you have a vocal in the drop and I think its too dry maybe you should add a delay and a bit of reverb on the vocal.
Listen to Malaa-Notorious, maybe there is more clear

I really dig that bass line. such good flow.
The music industry is just a giant fail machine. There are way more broken dreams and failed artists then there are successes to speak of. Therefore, its easy to say the successes are the anomaly and the failure is the product.

great track man, wouldnt mind listening to it next to the bass/garage house songs I like. I feel like the drop needs a little extra movement in the main bass. You could try pitching/modulating the synth you used.

thanks so much, thrilled to hear that!

Thanks for your feedback, would love to start incorporating that.  For bass modulation, what do you like to modulate other than pitch?

You could add another bass thats very similar but maybe its a bit wider. Listen to I Just Cant (Chris Lorenzo remix) and check out how every beat or so the bass gets really wide.

Yup, definitely notice the bass spreading out to the sides on certain hits, very cool effect.
