Not gonna lie, sounds like some of the stuff I started making when I first started lol what nostalgia

I'm not sure about this (because I didn't check with analyzers) but it seems that the low end is phasing. You have to make sure, on the master, that the low end is mono. You can do it with every mastering plugin.
