I have a headache atm and the chorus seems to amplify that but i'm not sure if that's from the saw wave or just me being ill, is it annoying or is it ok?

Hey, this is a nice little beat! The saw is a little bit piercing but not too bad; if you feel like it's a problem you could try cutting different frequencies w/ an eq and see what sounds best.
Another thing that might help is having the lead play more than one note: as a continous drone is often harder to listen to than that is changing, you could do this playing a melody, detuning the saw slightly or perhaps by messing with some chorus.

Sounds nice! The saw is a bit hot, though. Maybe lessen how much the envelope opens the cutoff to reduce the hotness.

i think the guys above got it pretty good! i like the overall feeling of the song.

imo i would let the piano play at 42 sec, feels a bit abrupt to suddenly stop it, since i like the overall emotion it gives.
other than that, good work man!:)

Thanks guys, yeah i've changed the saw and I just noticed the piano now, for some reason FL studio sometimes makes loads of errors while rendering and it seems to be a Kontakt error but I think I've fixed it.

Anyway here is the "fixed" version with a better mixdown and it doesn't sound like someone is drilling your temple :)

You should consider to cut the length down rather than repeat stuff that doesn't really go any where.

Also, considering the content of the song, i'd cut to the chase and get right to the drop rather than prolong the song.

Make use of eliminating drums earing in the break or throwing  a band pass on them and adding in more ambient sort of sounds during the breaks/build ups.

You need more pads in this tune bro.

More transition effects, and i don't mean crazy bro stuff but you can do this tastefully.

pretty bare bones track, but with the suggestions and arrangements i think you can make it pop.
Josh Huval: Honestly, the guys who are making good art are spending their time making it.
