Haven't found a decent Rhodes vst that has the warmth and smoothness I'm looking for.

Damn, every other vst I've tried sounded like crap but this seems awesome. I'm gonna have to get this. Thanks a lot!

Definitely agree Lounge Lizard has some of the best Rhodes sounds I've come across. Every sound is easily editable, so you can achieve clean sounds as well as gritty, dirty sounding ones. They also have great Wurlitzer/Mark patches!

ho yeah. i even made a low-mid fill with this, so no hit, no timbre, all just some kind of dry pad. this sounds so amazing. oh, the built-in reverb and delay is just so good. you don't need to keep it low and hidden, just crank it up, it's just perfectly in there. damn i love this one

Scarbee Mark-I From Native Instruments is my Go-To. And it's pretty cheap too, 69 € if you use it with the free Kontakt Player.

Or watch this video and judge by yourself  :D : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4DBWhPmogDg

I've seen this mentioned elsewhere on this forum, but an awesome free ePiano library is mda ePiano. I love it! :)

I downloaded all of these but I can't seem to get them to show up in my VST folder. Are they 32-bit only?

Thank you for posting this! I have been looking myself for a good Rhodes sound, the stock ableton one isn't doing me justice. Excited to look at the options suggested here

On the other end of the Electric Piano spectrum...

Could someone point me in the direction of the best Wurlitzer emulator/vst?

edit: nevermind lounge lizard is pretty dope for wurly stuff, i knew that already.

I just downloaded it.  It has no GUI so it is going to take some time to get the settings just right :)
