White Leaf "Diamond Touch"

Hi there,

Here's my new work in progress piece; the arrangement is more or less finished, however I'm trying to polish the mixing, and get some basic mastering done, so any feedback and criticism is more than welcome! :)

Possible label suggestions are more than welcome too (if this piece has the potential).

don't know much about this genre, but it sounds good. drop needs to hit harder, but yeah better mixing will do it.

eh, umm, label, audiophile deep?
Who gives a fuck?

Any suggestions in terms of mixing? I think the problem are the hats, but not 100% sure, and what's causing it - whether they're too loud or bad EQ.

It's not bad, it's ok so far.

No label will accept a song that have a noise in the background for the entire song or at the least 3/4 of it. It's extremely boring. It's make my ears bleed.

That being said, you need more variations here. It's the same f***** drum pattern during the entire track, make a break, try melodic elements, change the sounds. I mean, It needs to be thorough.  I know that Deadmau5 have track sounding like that but Deadmau5 is Deadmau5 and you're not him. So, you'll need to learn variation and a bit more of sound design than only sine wave bass.

No hate, but this makes me mad every day, that everyone look for label and don't care anymore about the music.

It's does sounds cool but I won't see this on any label.

Thank you for the feedback.

I think you want to tone down the way you speak. If my track offends you so deeply, then I'd rather you don't feedback at all. Everyone is on a learning curve, especially people on a Producers Forum, and I can assure you that I care about what I make. The reason I have asked for a label suggestion, is because once it sounds correct, I do not want for this to sit in my folder, which is understandable, right? Quite ironic that you bash my track, but then think I compare myself to Deadmau5, just because I asked for a label suggestion.

However, the need of variation is a valid criticism, as this is a tech house style track, where variations make the tracks stand out.
