JV-880 editor
« on: February 26, 2016, 01:31:20 am »
Hi,
I bought a JV-880 and I can't find an editor, the only one I can find works on windows 3, does anyone know one for windows 8?

Hi Raven, why not hook up the JV-880 to a MIDI controller, and connect that to your DAW software?

I want to be able to have some control over the sounds and it is difficult editing with 1 knob and a small screen.

See:

http://www.mossgrabers.de/Software/ChangeIt/ChangeIt.html

The Change It editor runs in Windows XP, so you would need to run a Windows XP emulator on your Windows 8 PC in order to run the Change It editor. It is what it is. It's just a pity there's not more support for classic rack-synths. Maybe ask the Change It software developer if he has a Windows 7-10 version of the editor?
