Dubstep break?

Producers block  >:( >:( I have seven bars of a dubstep track im in love with but am extremely struggling to transition into the next eight bars. Any tips or ideas would be super helpful. thanks

And what songs do you like? Maybe emulate a break from there?

i love tracks that bring back the lead chords, or do a simple drum solo. Just seriously struggling to come up with my own. the new UKF track is a great example.

Am I allowed to say: just do that then

I mean if that's what you want. I assume you have an intro written with some melody or lead. Take that and change it up a bit.

maybe take a break and come back to it.

Just like managing how you create, you have to manage yourself.

You might get the idea when you step away from your work to clear your mind and have it process the information at hand.

Xan also has some suggestions that would work, once you figure out what you're going for.
