Never got around to writing the first chunk of this song like I normally would. I usually aim for some kind of anjunabeats style Bass heavy drop but I spent so long with the breakdown that I just wanted to post it.

What do you guys think of what I have so far?

Nice, man! I really like it. Very cool vibe from the very beginning.
I'm listening on earbuds so I can't give too much feedback on sonic stuff. But I really dig the synths in the beginning.. And the little arp at 1:50. I'm not a huge fan of the pitch bend riser at 1:25ish..you already have the other riser at the same time, and bending that "main" synth too feels a little too much for my taste.

Anyway, this is a great foundation for a feelgood Anjunabeats song. Looking forward to the rest. :-)

Sub of the kick is a little too loud for the song. Just needs general touch ups on the master as a whole.

Composition is nice, but after the drop its a little to repetitive. I suggest adding in either a chord change, melody change above the chords you have, and/or that sound that comes in at the end of the 1st 4 bars on the drop and repeats on every go around. That sound is great and would be FANTASTIC as a running lead after the 1st 4 bars of the drop! Or towards the end of the drop altogether.

Thanks for the feedback! I definitely can see some of what you're saying now that I haven't been working on this one for a few weeks and have moved onto new projects.

Nice song! I hear some Andrew Bayer influence in there haha. One thing I like to do is get the root note/fundamental frequency of the song and have that played throughout the breakdown in a pad synth. I think if you do something a little similar you the breakdown will flow a bit smoother. Also try giving the higher frequency synths a bit more stereo space to get a bigger/fuller drop! Other than I like the progression. Keep it up KLANG!
I'm just that guy that loves sound. Message me if you also love sound.

Mixing is not my strong point so I will say this.

I'm absolutely loving the spacey atmosphere of this track. Musically it's very pretty. I didn't find anything off sounding during the intro. It would sound absolutely GREAT with vocals.

I think you have great taste. :)
