I love almost everything from 99sounds. Also Murtagh made an amazing sample pack a while ago, which I love using.
Who gives a fuck?

Thank you for the heads up on the Murtagh sample pack, I love his music so I'm very excited.

For anyone wanting a link he tweeted it a while back

Well, I won`t be original but if I had to limit myself to only one sample pack it would be Loopmasters - Deadmau5 XFER, it has lots and lots of usable stuff.
I have lots of sample packs, when making kicks and snares I usually mix samples from various packs, I love disco themed ones like Sample Magic Nu Disco. Also lots of classic drum machine samples and a lot of free random stuff from the internet.
My sample folder is like 60 GB, damn! I choose my favourite samples from a sample pack from time to time and put them categorized into a folder called Favourites.
Cheers!

What I'm in the process of doing is organizing my samples so they work better with my workflow and set up

Here's how I plan to have it all setup http://imgur.com/a/ThkZF

The idea is to allow me to quick sketch out a basic song idea and spend as little time as possible looking for a certain sample

I'd be lying if I said it wasn't a pain to do though.

The BT Breakz From the Nu Skool had a ton of cool processed breakbeat type stuff, even if you aren't making breaks type stuff it's still has a ton of cool stuff on it. It's pretty dang hard to actually legally find though so that's kinda of a big problem.

As far as free shit goes Blu Mar Ten put out a sample pack with a ton of stuff from old jungle records. Most of it is technically uncleared though so that could potentially be a problem but I doubt most of these samples would actually result in any kind of lawsuit. http://www.blumarten.com/free-stuff/junglejungle/

Murtagh's sample pack, I've put to good use as well. There's a lot of gold in there!

The KSHMR sample pack is pretty phenomenal.  They require minimal processing to fit well in a mix, and the FX/Ambience/Stabs etc. are all really unique and good to have.

I did the free month of Splice Sounds, definitely worth it to grab more than 100 samples that I got to choose. Worth looking into in the future...

Surprised no one has mentioned Xfer yet

I love it so much, they're not completely processed so they're perf for layering imo.

Honestly, my favorite sample packs have been the free ones that Neurohop Forum and Boi-1da have put out! They really have some awesome stuff in there.

I only use free/cheap:
MakO sample pack, Erb N Dub, a couple computer music ones.. particularly from InsideInfo, Nookie, Mistabishi (can't remember the others but check out some CM VIP Series)
