Newbie: Feedback on my track, Thanks!
« on: February 17, 2016, 05:59:54 pm »
Hey Guys,

So as I have just moved to Denmark, I still do not have monitors. I do everything thru headphones (even that they are quite good headphones from Numark). Unfortunatelly I have found out, that this is a bigger problem than I thought it would be :/ Nevertheless, I would still very much appreciate feedback on this WIP.

Thank you! :)

Whoa!
A lot of stuff going on at the same time here. It basically sounds like you are trying to do everything at once.  There´s little or not lows, and not a lot of structure.  I´m sure the different melodies going on are fine by themselves, but in here they are all screaming for the same attention. try to focus on one melody, and remove the sounds that does not add to your track.  Try to midi map a reference track and copy the structure with your own sounds.
Hope this helps. GL

Hmmm.. well lets start, for first the sond is not good but have a lot of things to say about this!

all musics have a theory, have sense, have a melody theory, like intro, build up drop something when have sense, for you if you use a simply music theory like... "well here is the intro, after is break, after build up, after drop, and this is how we works..."

its good to try something like this because its good for you, you can work more and do your best because you have a musica theory, the mix need more things, isolate all areas and separate, low, mid, and high frequency for first, after this you have a good mix for the first impression... but all your ideas is not bad, but you need to work more and take more lesson to pass what you think to your daw ^^

keep work dude, have a good day :)
