Hi, I'm curious about MPDs and I know nothing at all.  I've been using fruity loops for years, but I'm just starting to get serious.  I watched some videos of producers using MPDs and I was amazed; I feel like they open so many doors for creativity.  So, the two I've been looking at are the Akai mpd24 and mpd26, just because they're the two I've been seeing mostly on craigslist.  Now I see an Akai mpd226 for $90, and it seems like a good deal to me.  Anyone have knowledge of any of the three?  I'm happy for any advice you can give me, on any akai machine or any MPD in general.  I'd rather buy used to save money and keep it under $100.  Thanks!
