Need Mastering/Mixing tips! [WIP clip]

^just a wip and practiced some mastering too. I use izotope matching EQ's and rms to about -6. I'm just curious how you guys compress each band cus for me I pretty much have all frequencies of each band go thresh at dif ratios.

I would try compressing that snare to give it more punch. Also, not really a mixdown thing but I wonder if that bassline melody might be better if the jumps between notes weren't so choppy and flowed into each other a little. Can't comment much else on the mixdown but ideas-wise this is sounding pretty good!

I think you're on the edge of over-doing it. If there is something bad with it, it's that I can hear that compression quite clearly. If that's sound you're after (I heard tracks released like this) then well done. If not, compressing it further can make it only worse.
