Awesome free plugins!
« on: January 06, 2016, 08:11:19 am »
Share any invaluable, awesome free plugins you know here.

I'll start us off:

Xfer OTT - Crazy multiband compression thing? If I'm not mistaken modeled after a preset in the stock Ableton Multiband.
Voxengo SPAN - Free Spectrum Analyzer. This thing is arguably my favourite plugin ever! ;D Fun-tip: Hold Ctrl while clicking on frequencies to isolate them.
Voxengo MSED - Simple Mid/Side EQ I've taken a serious liking to recently.

Ambience is a fantastic free reverb VST if you don't have the funds for Valhalla products or others!

all the MDA stuff, also the Melda free bundle is awesome, but my favourite free plugin is by far mjrotodelay. I've been using it as my go to delay plugin for over a decade now

I second Voxengo SPAN. Also Xfer DJM Filter is super simple but wonderful for filter sweeps that sound like they're done on a Pioneer mixer.

Camelcrusher (rip  :'( ) was amazing back when it was alive.  Does anyone still have a download for it?

Really good smexscope -http://bram.smartelectronix.com/plugins.php?id=4

Flux Stereo Tool v3 is my to go stereo image plugin. I love the look of it, and its super easy to use.

Glitchmachines Hysteresis is an amazing glitch delay plugin, which can be used to make some truly unique sounds. I can use hours just pressing the random button, listening to all the weird shit it does to random samples.

Xfer OTT is an essential multiband compressor plugin, super simple to use.

Distorque Audio Azurite is a great multi-voice chorus
Who gives a fuck?

If it's ok with Zo or the mods I can upload camelcrusher and share it here

as long as you're not providing any illegal downloads, you're good. camelcrusher is free so you're fine

Sorry, but Camel probably took it down for a reason (so they can sell more camelphat). If you can find an already public link be my guest, but I don't want trouble from software companies

Surprised nobody mentioned SlickEQ and Kotelnikov here from TDR  :o

Probably one of the best EQ's around to boost highs.
http://www.tokyodawn.net/tdr-vos-slickeq/

If you use it gently, you can get really amazing sound with a nice bass relax + stereo diff.

Offtopic: Great forum by the way, well thought, pretty simple!
