Don't usually make trap style stuff, but I like doing the drums and it breaks up the monotony of always making house.

Actually you can embed private tracks, it just doesn't work with the "private link" you get from SC. If you want to embed it, choose the "Embed" tab instead of "Share". From there you can copy the "<iframe ..." piece of code, from which the embeddable URL can be found inside src="" .

hey Arktopolis! I came across this post by chance and I'm trying to embed a private link following the steps you've posted, but it keeps saying "You have not provided a valid Soundcloud URL". I pressed share on SC and went to the embed tab and copied only the code inside of src="", but no luck. let me know if you can elaborate on this.

OK this is getting a bit off-topic but I'll respond here anyway (maybe this info could be stickied if it works). The result should look something like this: https://api.soundcloud.com/tracks/241320014?secret_token=s-82eRf , and that should be put inside the forum's soundcloud tags. Funny if it doesn't work, worked for me a month ago! :/
